Travis Kelce tipped to be new Tom Brady and earn mega $100 million as TV broadcaster after Chiefs retirement decision
Travis Kelce could potentially earn more money as a TV analyst than his brother, Jason
TRAVIS Kelce has been predicted to become the next Tom Brady in his potential post-playing career.
The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end has been at the center of retirement rumors and there have been speculations about his future.

The 35-year-old Travis Kelce has yet to reveal whether he will retire from the sport.
But if the 10-time Pro Bowler does indeed call it quits, Kelce would be the biggest name available to be an NFL broadcaster.
He would be in the same situation as the current Fox NFL broadcast Tom Brady was in when he retired from the game in 2023.
However, Kelce is unlikely to receive a 10-year, $375 million deal like Brady did with Fox.
Still, due to Travis’ popularity, much of it thanks to his relationship with music icon Taylor Swift, Sports Illustrated tipped the idea that he could receive close to $10 million yearly, making it a potential 10-year, $100 million contract, if he pursues an NFL analyst role.
That means Travis would earn more than his brother, Philadelphia Eagles icon Jason Kelce, does with ESPN.
The retired offensive lineman reportedly signed a three-year, $24 million contract to be an NFL analyst with the network last year after 13 seasons in the league.
Networks such as Fox, Amazon, ESPN, and NFL Network would have the ability to bid for Kelce’s services when he hangs up his cleats.
Days after the Chiefs’ disappointing Super Bowl loss to the Eagles, Kelce addressed the retirement rumors on his New Heights podcast alongside his brother and co-host, Jason.
“I’m gonna take some time to figure it out,” Kelce said.
“And I think I owe it to my teammates that if I do come back that it’s gonna be a wholehearted decision and I’m not half-a**ing it, and I’m fully here for them.”
“I think I can play, it’s just whether or not I’m motivated or it’s the best decision for me as a man, as a human, as a person to take on all that responsibility.”
Kelce has been part of numerous off-the-field ventures, which include an off-season recurring role in the FX horror series Grotesquerie.
He will be a cameo in the sequel to the Adam Sandler 1996 classic comedy Happy Gilmore.
Kelce has also been a host of Amazon Prime’s Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?
He is coming off a disappointing season by his standards, posting career lows in receiving yards (823) and touchdowns (3).
Kelce has still enjoyed plenty of success, as he’s been part of three Super Bowl-winning teams in Kansas City.
Whether or not he retires from the game of football, Kelce is up there with the tight end greats.
Kelce is the only tight end in NFL history to have seven 1,000-yard seasons.
He also has the most postseason receptions in league history, with 178.
