Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly mulling over making significant changes in their relationship following the Kansas City Chiefs’ ugly Super Bowl 59 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans was a nightmare in every aspect for Swift, Kelce and his football team. It all started when the pro-Eagles crowd at the Caesars Superdome booed Swift after she was shown on the jumbotron:

And then there was the game itself. The Chiefs fell behind 24-0 before halftime and never made it close, losing 40-22 in a game that saw Patrick Mahomes take six sacks and throw two interceptions (including a pick-six to Cooper DeJean) in the blowout loss.

Now that they’ve been able to process the disastrous Super Bowl weekend for a couple of weeks, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly plan to make several changes in their relationship.

According to Matthew Action of Radar Online, the power couple are “re-evaluating”, as the treatment from fans at Super Bowl 59 was “a tough experience” for the Grammy Award-winning singer.

A source told the outlet the following:
Wow, it’s been quite the whirlwind for Taylor! Just when she was on top of the world after that fabulous Eras Tour, boom! She gets hit with some serious public backlash. I mean, the girl really thinks of herself as a decent person, always trying to do the right thing, so this whole ordeal must be super unsettling for her.
Rumor has it that she’s been advised to keep a low profile for now. Can you imagine? It’s almost like she’s been branded as the bad guy, and that’s gotta hurt!..

They’ve been having some seriously awkward chats with their teams about when they should step out in public and what the vibe should even be like. Talk about taking the romance out of the relationship.

And let’s be real, Taylor is not one to back down easily. But with all this hate coming from the public lately, it’s leaving her a little shaken. Friends and family are on high alert, worried about the couple and hoping they can navigate through this tricky phase in their love saga.”

Travis Kelce’s playing future was also in doubt after the Super Bowl 59 loss, but the three-time champion confirmed on Thursday that he’s coming back for another run at ring No. 4.
