My mother-in-law didn’t like me, so she planned to get me caught “in the act” with another guy — but she didn’t expect all of her machinations to be exposed.
From the first day I became a daughter-in-law, I knew she didn’t like me. She always thinks “we’re not level,” that I’m just a provincial lucky person to marry her son. My husband was kind and quiet, even on business trips, so my mother-in-law treated me like a thorn in the throat.
I’ve put up with everything — I’m the one taking care of the house, taking care of her parents, never answering her. However, the more I became more confident, the more I became discouraged.
One day, when my husband left for work, my mother-in-law started a plan to destroy me.
He hired a guy I didn’t know — pretending to be an electrician, but in reality “actor in a fake scene.”
Her order: go into my room in the middle of the night, then scream to pretend I’m caught “adultery.”
His hidden camera outside the door was also ready — so he could have “evidence” to use to get me out of the family.
But it wasn’t as easy as he thought.
I have known about the plan for a long time. I was told by the housekeeper — who had heard my mother-in-law’s call.
I didn’t say anything, just smiled, and prepared a small trap in the room.
It was a night. At exactly twelve o’clock, the hired man entered. He took off his jacket and sat down on the bed, according to the affidavit.
Suddenly, he was stopped when the light came on.
I, standing on the sidelines, holding the phone, the video following his every move.
And the most surprising thing for my mother-in-law was this:
On the bed, there was a large stuffed toy — about the size of a human, wearing a nightgown that was the same as mine, and stuffed with syringes in the chest and stomach.
If the guy ever jumped in to “act” in the scene, he would definitely get hurt and be submerged in blood.
He turned pale, stunned, and immediately confessed — he said an old woman had ordered him to “pretend” to be my lover.
I immediately sent the video to my wife.
The next day, he went home immediately.
He quietly walked in, opened the video in front of his mother, and said coldly:
“If you don’t like my wife, you don’t have to have children either.”
The whole house was silent.
I didn’t have to talk or cry. Because of the trap he had prepared, he himself fell into it.
Since then, my mother-in-law has never been involved in our married life again.
And since then, she’s seen me differently — not out of love, but because she knows that being silent doesn’t mean weak or stupid.
