Taylor Swift is having an impact on her tight end’s game!
While speaking to the media in advance of Super Bowl LIX, Travis Kelce credited the superstar for her dedication to her craft — all of which is not lost on him.
“Her work ethic, what I saw on that tour last year, was pretty remarkable,” the Kansas City Chiefs star, 35, told reporters, including PEOPLE. “I mean, to see the week in, week out traveling from one country to the next.”

And while Swift’s physical preparation for the lengthy tour has been well documented, the NFL veteran — who’s spent 12 seasons with the Chiefs — had a front-row seat to witness “how excruciating” the preparation for the performances had been for Swift, 35.
“The band, the singers, it was everybody involved, and it was an absolute machine and it was something I could admire watching and take a lot of notes from,” he said.
Kelce has been a vocal fan of his girlfriend while leading up to Sunday’s big game. Earlier this week, the fashion-forward athlete was asked about the “Fortnight” singer’s stadium walk-ins.
“Tay’s always gonna be dressed head-to-toe looking the flyest,” Kelce said, and added that they don’t “necessarily coordinate” their game-day fits, which have ranged from a Bottega Veneta shirt for him to head-to-toe Chanel and vintage Chiefs-wear for her.
